Pat Novak is a Solutions Consultant based out of Charlotte and has been with HDS for 3 years in September. He has several major accounts in both NC and SC. Pat has been in the storage industry since 1995, spending time at IBM and SEPATON.

Over twenty years of career directed and progressive leadership experience for high profile government clients and Fortune 500 Companies. 
Extensive IT experience which include Storage area networks, systems administration, disaster recovery planning, and cloud/mobility solutions.

Jeff Kerpics - Regional Director for Voltage Security, has over 20 years of experience across the Information Security and Payments Industries having worked with some of the leading players including MasterCard, Computer Associates, Equifax, and Arcot Systems.  At Voltage, he manages all aspects of the delivery of Voltage’s leading edge encryption solutions across the Southeastern US to help clients achieve increased data security and meet a variety of regulatory requirements including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and State privacy laws.
