Dr. Elizabeth Regan of USC will present information on the clinical side of health IT, the progress being made, the impact it is having, the challenges that lie ahead, the implications for transforming U.S. healthcare and how it relates to the Affordable Care Act.
Dr. Regan is the Department Chair of the College of HRSM at the University of South Carolina.
