You should understand where conflict can come from. This presentation will provide some strategies on how to mitigate, deal with, and use conflict as an opportunity... yes an opportunity!
Ken Mulchahey is the Channel Operations Manager for Avtec Inc. a Telecommunications Software Company located in Lexington, SC that supplies Communication Dispatching Consoles and Software to all the major Railroads, most of the major Airlines, and several Public Safety and Utility Companies in the U.S.
Ken is responsible for channel operations, competitive landscape, gap analysis and project management for large scale deployment projects.
